Helios Superyacht Programme

HELIOS, as licensed instructors and examiners, work with airlines, health authorities and military units to develop understanding of Human Factors, their influence on safety and the financial and operating efficiencies that can accrue from a cohesive training programme.

HELIOS, in close consultation with the Captain and Operator, provide a unique package tailored to the needs of the vessel. Firstly to develop a basic awareness of the human frailties which lead to accidents and thereafter to assist in utilising those lessons during everyday operation.

HELIOS Human Factors training does not require a cumbersome internal audit trail as HELIOS undertake all the administrative burden thereby giving the Captain, Crew and Operator freedom to derive the benefits and further enhance safety in their unique working environment.
